Horrible venue…never returning!
To start, this venue was absolutely horrible!! There was no type of signage saying “Red Hat parking” or “Red Hat this way” so to someone who’s never been we were completely lost. Our GPS took us to a parking lot that we were told we couldn’t use and to go back around; however, if we turned around we didn’t know where to go!
We waited in line for 3 hours 2 of which it rained. The last hour we were told the gates were opening soon, we prepared ourselves, got excited and found out from other concert goers that the concert was postponed…it was until 10 minutes later when I got to my car (paid $10 for parking btw) was an update posted to my email regarding it being postponed. I’ll never go back to this venue. I’ll stick to Walnut Creek!
